As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I am committed to providing affirming, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. My clinical experience includes supporting clients facing challenges related to autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and divorce. I bring a holistic and client-centered approach to every counseling session, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs and strengths of each person I work with. I am dedicated to providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals and families, and I integrate knowledge of LGBTQ+ experiences and concerns into my clinical practice with cultural humility and respect. In addition to my core training, I have completed specialized certifications in ADHD – Moving Beyond Medication and Neuroscience for Treating Anxiety, Panic, and Worry, which allow me to incorporate research and brain-based strategies into therapy.
